I no longer have time to contact businesses to see if they are interested in listing with the site, but the ones i had contacted after viewing the site the conversion rate was quite high @ about 14-15%.

Conditions of sale: All current Clients Must be kept in the search directory & will not be charged again !! ive already sent them all an email explaining the sale and upgraded them to a lifetime free listing... this is not negotiable.

Price:= no reserve, have a price in mind but i will except your bids to start with, should a resonable bid be made i will sell ASAP.

you may change the rates to convert more companies if you wish, but most companies are happy to pay $49 dollars for a featured listing.

This template & the scripts used for this project were fully customized by me, entries to the directory are done manually to prevent spam but at $49 a pop you can spare 10 minutes to include them..

Traffic small but someone with little SEO experience could see this site go great.

as this was originally targeted at Australian business i have used Australian web-hosting that may be why, but the site is running 110% fine

when i have a USA based site it takes a little longer to load for me, but my users say its running fine.. anyway that might be the case, or could be you internet connection, maybe proxy to it im unsure why its not loading for you but my server uptime is near on 100% and the site is loading 110% fine here..

hey "Dylan" sorry mate i overlooked you comment.

Here in Australia you need an "ABN" Australian business number, in order to operate a business, and to acquire a domain with an (.AU) you must have a registered Australian Business, (which i do) but i know most people from here are based in the UK ... that is why i will set up a Redirect to another domain...

Legally i own wherearethey.com.au i am happy to lease this name out but eventually it will need to be moved to another domain. If you were and Aussie i could simply hand over the business and copyrights rights to you, whoever i figured it would be someone based overseas (more of a market overseas also) would make this purchase.

110% legit sale .. i understand may of sounded dodgy saying redirect but our government here is kinda weird and only looks out for its self.

try to use a proxyserver or something i have no idea why pages are not loading but certainly working here.

im at a loss right now trying to work that out... all files & features are running fine here.....

this isn't using iframes from any other site im scratching my head right now... i paid someone out for dolling up there stats about 2 hours ago.. i certainly would sell something that was not working.

Could someone else please confirm the pages "add your business" & "contact us" are not working ??

i got and message from a client today using the "contact us forum" id put money on it my site is fine...

I really feel its you internet, i host some sites in the USA and ive been working ob them and they go almost dead .. i contact support and they say the site is fine... I think this is an internet DNS problem and not my site issue.

Anyone i would greatly appreciate if you could confirm what "Deependro" is seeing..

also those ads are from the proxy site you using i only have one google add on the main page, just had a mate check from his pc and has said its fine also.

 

come on ... it would take one of you 2 minutes to check out my site and report sand say its fine, i bend over backwards to help people, doesn't take much to post a quick simple yes or no..
