If anyone knows what element I screwed up to make my page go haywire, PLEASE help! http://www.momswritestuff.info

The content is there, the theme is "there" (kind of), but it's all out of whack. I was moving files in FTP.

    Thanks

Thank you very much MakeThatDollar. That was the 1st thing I looked for, but I just checked (and re-uploaded/replaced) to be sure. Didn't work. My /wp-admin has disappeared as well. Error 404. Oh geesh...

Funny thing is I open the admin.php from the file manager, and it says that. (???!!???)

Yeah. It was installed 2x (when first putting it on, did manual and fantastico... one was giving me problems so I did the other). I just left it, because I was afraid of this LOL. When you went to my site it automatically changed to /wordpress. I wanted my big PR1 to show (haha) so tried moving everything to root so PR wouldn't disappear when it changed to /wordpress.

Ok, so I can edit the index to just point to that and it should be fine - right?

Thank you so much for your help (rep added)

Yeah it should be fine. Give it a shot and let us know how it works. Instead of editing the index file, move the contents from the wordpress directory to the root.

There is no wordpress directory... everything is in root. I'll try the index file. *crossing fingers*

I did a wordpress move for someone the other day. I had all sorts of odd issues(usually don't). I fixed it by changing the site url in 3 different place in the database(same table). I don't recall which one but but WP only has a few so its not hard to find.

    hope that helps,
    Nigel
