I mean like right away? Or do you need to wait 60 days afterwards?

You can do anything you want with it once you receive it. The 60 day wait period is only for NEW registrations and in order to transfer it to a new registrar. The domains from TDNAM are not new registrations so don't fall under that policy.

    Hello,

The answer you received is essentially correct, at least in one aspect
However, you CANNOT transfer any name to another registrar,
for 60 days, starting from the last date a change was made to the registrant field.
This is regardless of whether the name is old/new/dropped/non-dropped etc.

You will notice that any time you edit the name(registrant field), or receive a domain push, you are required
to check the agreement box again. Checking that box (agreement) resets the 60 day restriction every time !

    EDIT:
Pushing the domain to another Godaddy member is possible, usually starting from the moment the
domain shows up in your account control panel.

I think the thread should be here though: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/subscription.php?folderid=30

You also need to know this info. Godaddy also lists dropped domains at tdanme. If you bought a dropped domain at tdname, after you paid you will need to wait
around more than a week or a certain period then Godaddy will push the domain to your account. In other words you won't get the domain instantly.
    :)
Also the dropped domains are not dropped and renew continously so the age stays but usually the PR will become fake after you make a new website on it:D
