    im not trying to buy or sell. I'm merely asking can a potential person do sell or buy the IBP reports?

    You are selling a report to your client. IBP make this easy for you and is part of their marketing effort.

    I think you have a good idea for the beginner. It would really help them.

    But, does IBP tell them the correct information or give them the SEO correct advice?
