    If the site is related to Examinations or Education go for Exams..
    If the site is related to Medical Examantion or Examination of something on someone etc etc - Exam..

    Just my 2 cents :)

    I think Exams would be better.As when ever someone will search in Google related to examinations they will type exams and not exam.

    Then you should go for Exams only.

    as tom_thumb says above it depends on what your content will be, but my gut feeling tells me exams will suit your site better than exam
