    Web 2.0 is all about making the web more usable to internet users. Web usability comprises of several key points that you implement on the website like:

    Good download speed
    Smooth navigation
    Easy location of information
    Correct and working links
    Sitemap that enables easy location of web pages etc.


    Just about anything that makes the browsing experience easier for the website visitors would count as website usability techniques.



    Moreover, visually handicapped people should also have proper access to your website. For that your website should be compatible with screen readers and have a images and links accompanied with appropriate ALT tags.
