Accepting Credit Cards With Out Proper Online Store?

    I wanna accept credit card payments for day to day services like.. blog postings, designing.. developing etc etc.. how can i accept quick cc payments from customers?

    You will need a 3rd party payment processor if you want to collect credit card payments because there are a number of processes involved in transferring money from your customer's credit card to yours and this would involved you having a merchant account and a payment gateway.

    thanks for your time.. i cant register for paypal.. (not allowed by them).. 2CO is a bit $40 startup.. isnt there any free merchant account.. a lil bit higher fee per transaction is no problem.. !

    Yeah Plimus is the solution for you but they have huge fees for small transactions and they pay once a month only unlike 2CO (they pay weekly).

    I've got an account with paypal but sometimes I get orders over the phone, where the customer wants to pay with a credit card.

    Does paypal have an option that allows me, rather than the customer, to key in the credit card info?
