Anyone hosting with Media Temle and has an SMF-powered forum site? How to move SMF site to Media Temple. Your input is highly appreciated.
SMF forum should run on every hosting with PHP and MySQL. To move it to another web host simply backup your database, upload it using phpMyAdmin at your new host and edit your config file (edit MySQL server, password etc.).
I guess MT does support PHP and MySQL. Its hosting all the BIG guys(TechCrunch,ReadWriteWeb,Marshable etc) - Mr.Nobody Nobody Here

yes their Grid Servers are not up to what was expected but their VPS (Dedicated virtual) package is very good (I have tried them both)
