Account Limited! Help Need!

    Im unverified member in paypal. Currently my account was "Limited Account"

    Limited reason:

Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.

    Steps to Remove Limitations

    1. Link and confirm your credit card
    2. Change Password
    3. Change Security Questions and Answers


    Currently I have change my "Password" and "Security Questions and Answers", but i can't add my master card why ??

    Pls help me. I have try add my master card, but i can't add it. I have received fallowing message:

    Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.

    How i can resolve my problem... Pls help me....

    Well, Paypal used to ask for some kind of Identity Verification some months ago when my account was limited. I dont know if they have changed anything. I had an unverified account and i presented them my tel. bill and limitation was lifted.
    Well,if the problem is more acute, then as redskins80 said, you have to call them. If you try emailing them, you will NEVER get a straight answer and sometimes you won't even get a reply. So, its worthless emailing them(THey have a automated sort of replier)

    You will need to contact PayPal.

    This is normally caused if you login at two different locations (different IP or ISP)

    Hey,

    Are you sure that email is from paypal and not a scam? I received a hoax email similar to that awhile back. I logged into my Paypal account manually and it was fine.

    You should have them straighten out the
    debit card issue too, & right now; while
    they are currently working on your account,
    correcting things!

    Hi There,

    I am getting the same error as Selvaraj.
    I am trying to add a debit card with 'visa' logo but no luck.
    It does not let me add or verify the card.

    Can anybody help??
    I have tried phones, emails everything but get to talk only to a robot.

    Please help, I need to withdraw amount and am stuck :(
