No Way H1 tags should have your most important keyword whenever possible. Google loves H1 from my experience and with title tags are the most important on-page seo you can do.

only H1 is your page/site name dont use H1 H2 further but H3 otherwise you undermine your menu/site structure

well All I am asking is that the onpage seo software "website auditor" is it reliable coz the link I showd above shows the screen shot of the software by the owner himself and also is of his own website where it gave 80% optimization rate coz it din't have target keyword in h1 tag and its competitors did and their optimization rate happens to be below 80% and are lower in serps as well,.. so all I am asking is that software worth or not or how did it carry out its judge ment!!

That software is telling you quite clearly that a search engine will see Dear and Promoter as the most important keywords in your H1 header. if that's what you want - use that. if it isn't - and it isn't - then probably wise to think again.
His targetted word is linkassistant rather than wesite promoter than how can you accept it that it is giving more value to it!
