Very strange problem when saving new posts

    A few days ago I started getting this weird problem with Wordpress. When I try to publish or save a new post I get the following error message:

    I am running about 8 WP blogs right now and the same thing is hapening with all of them. They are not all hosted on the same server and they are not all the same version. Some are WP 2.6 and a few of them have been upgraded to 2.6.1

    I learned to paste in the text and title and then wait for the autosave. Once that has happened I can then go to drafts and there it wil be! Also when I get the error message I can go to drafts and it will be there.

    Once I open the draft for editing I can work with it and publish or save with no problems.

    Any ideas as to what might be happening here? Anyone else ever see anything similar to this?

    You are getting this error message while adding same title at your all blogs or different titles at each blogs ?

    All blog posts are unique with their own titles. I have been running WP blogs for quite some time and have never had this happen before. I find it very strange that blogs on different IPs and with different versions of WP are doing the same thing. It is a little annoying and it takes a bit longer to put up my posts.

    Ok is there any similarity of any plugin at your all blogs :confused:

    Its really strange that you are facing same error at your different blogs which are on differnet ip's and different version of WP :( Its really difficult to sort out this type of problem.

    are u getting this error for each post if yes then i am sure u did something worng while downloading and installation.
    So backup ur db and contents and delete everything download new version (don't use existing one) and install new wp blog and then post.

    In the past, when i was not so familiar with wp, after installation i post 5-6 posts and when i close browser after 2-3 hours i signin again but my blog was not found, that time i was considering it as my host issue. I contacted them and they suggested me reinstallation of wp and my issue was resolved.

    One of these blogs has been running for over two years with no problems so I doubt that it is an installation problem. Also, what would be the odds that the same problem would happen to blogs which have been installed spread out over a two year or longer period?

    Also, I havent changed the plugins that I use and some of these blogs have only Akismet activated

    if i'm not mistaken, it's because autosave feature. i got this probs also sometimes. may be disable the autosave feature will help.. try use big G.
