For Moneybookers and Paypal, money exchanges are deemed prohibited and could get your account in serious problem.

What you can do is to withdraw your money from Alertpay then transfer the funds from your bank account to moneybookers and pay through your credit card through paypal. That is the only way you can do it without breaking any rules.

I am not sure if risking losing their accounts is worth the money you are offering.

As I said earlier, both Moneybookers and Paypal strictly prohibits such activities you want people to commit for you and risk having their account limited and losing their money.

Besides money exchanges are also strictly prohibited here in Digital Point.

Money Exchange is banned in Digital Point Forums. And I won't suggest you to exchange your money with anyone. The exchanger may pay you using stolen paypal or moneybookers. Then you will lost everything. I know that most of the sellers are using paypal and moneybookers for accepting payments but do not accept PTC site. Thats why alert pay started. If you are looking to buy any service using your alertpay money post it in the respective forum I hope you will find sellers who are accepting alertpay.

For example, We are accepting Alertpay from our buyers if they want to pay us using their credit cards or have alertpay money.

I don't think it is possible..until you find an exchanger.. Still it would be considered illegal!
