Getting more traffic to my site

    Okay I have an idea to get more traffic to my site.

    I have been doing some keyword checking on blogspot.com and wordpress.com

    I found that my keywords are available, for my wallpaper site.

    So I plan to list the sites like this:

    Post 1:

    Image of xxx Wallpaper(which links ot my site)

    And thats it. I will do this for all of the wallpapers.



    But what are the chance of the blogspot out ranking my actual site?

    not sure I understand. Do you want to do some blo commenting with proper anchor to gain SERP ?

    I am planning to make an actual blogspot about my keyword wallpaper site. I will post wallpapers. That will lead to my site when clicked.

    The only thing is I dont want the blogspot to out rank my site.

    ok, I understand. their is a chance it ourank your site. Make sure you dont share content and you keep adding content to your main site.

    If you want more traffic, advertise to get traffic directly, do not try to game the search engines. This worked years ago, but Google is too smart now. Buy or somehow trade off advertising that brings you traffic directly and your visitors in turn will bring you backlinks. Honesty pays.

    I don't agree with this strategy either. From the sounds of it, you want to put up hundreds of blogs, each one with just 1 wallpaper as content. If blogspot or wordpress notice your spam, they will just ban you and take down all of your pages. Since you won't be marketing any of these mini blogs, you will just have a network or PR0 websites that won't help much. It sounds like a big waste of time, especially if the blogs get taken down due to spam. There are much better uses of your time than blog spam. This is the same type of spam that hardcore spammers did but with automated software programs. Worse yet, the search engines could also penalize you for this.

    hey, some nice idea... it surely needs some time and work to be put into... but this have to help definitely... satellites never been a bad thing for any site
