I had my index finger trapped when slamming the car door when I was 8 years old and it pained me a lot but I didn't go for treatment.
That won't do anything. They'll just send him home and charge an arm and a leg. Anyrate I know how that feels, been through that before. It'll hopefully pass, just hang on to the pain for a couple days or so.
lol i thought you lost your fingers or something dude i know it hurts it happened to me long ago. and just stick to your mind that "it's the car's fault" lol
It is really pathetic. I met with similar incident last month but cured within one week. Hope you'll get well within a week.
i'm typing without using the finger in question, but it makes things a pain as it takes almost twice as long to type. I lack proficiency without the index finger on my left hand... (yes i'm a left hander too ^^)
That happened to my father when I was younger. My father had lost his left arm due to an accident at work. We were all going out shopping, and somehow my father shut his hand in the door when he shut it. Obviously he couldn't open it himself. So my mother, instead of just reaching over and opening the door, got out and ran all away around the car to open it. It wasn't funny at the time, but we sure did laugh about it afterwards.
I did the same thing to my finger not once but twice (but during different times in my life.) It hurts so bad but after the pain stops you look back and realize that it's even more amazing that I didn't have any broken bones in my finger. That is a lot of flesh to push into a small space!
