Favicon issue - IE7

    Haven't tested it in other browsers, but IE7 for me doesn't show the favicon.

    www.manele.me/favicon.ico is the location

    <link rel="shortcut icon" type="image/ico" href="/favicon.ico" /> is the code, xhtml.

    Any idea?

    If you are using a server, that may need to be cleaned out too. I had that issue for a bit for one of the sites i was working on.

    What I've found is that with favicons in IE7, they usually don't appear immediately. You have to give it time before you can expect it to appear. I know, it sucks, but it's a moderately documented flaw.

    and clear you Cache then restart your browser and ckeck.
