    just go to the webmaster tools and submit your robots or sitemap directly to msn select sitemap and upload your file the same for robots.txt

    some webmasters say their pages have been indexed quickly but I have a bad experience for msn indexing.

    Fact is, Afiak it wont really matter so just point that on the robots.txt as the ones above mention few times now.

    You can submit your website to MSN webmaster Central: webmaster.live.com
    Have an XML sitemap in your website root folder. MSN will take that sitemap
