Higher adsense earnings?

Hi, are there any simple methods that increase adsense earnings? I don't want to get banned, so whitehat only please.

To keep it simple:

- Good positioning (top 600px)
- Merge the colours to your design with adsense
- Use google channels to analyse which ads are paying the highest and focus on those or try to improve under-perfoming ads.

1. If you site uses margins put adsense on the Left, not on the right. It is a known fact that ads on the left margin have a 67% increase of clicks per 1000 visitors.

2. When creating your banner use the “random color scheme”. This allows the ads to change colors frequently. Four is the most you can use. This adds great chances of additional clicks from repeat visitors and visitors switching pages within your site.

3. Create your own color schemes. Do not use the default colors. There are two ways to go about it. You can make the ads blend in your site, or absolutely stick out. Most prefer blending in the ads.

4. Consider using the “rounded edges” of ads. I remember when making the ads it was difficult to find but look for it when you are creating an adsense ad.

5. Choose ads at the top of the site. Adsense ads at the bottom of your site will get 1/30 the amount of attention.

 

Have nice content, either write them yourself or put adverts between user generated content for example in forums the posts.

Also from my experience here is a big recommendation study as many other websites as you can look at the successful websites learn where they position there advertisements they have had there experience and know where is the best place to position.

 

Firstly You should have website pages with the proper keywords

Secondly driving visitors to those pages is another matter and often the factor that lacks which results in lower income.

For getting visitors to your high paying keyword pages, you need to optimize your site navigation.

A typical website have menu links on each page. The wording on these links is what grabs a visitors attention and get them to click on one of the links that will take them to another page of that website.

You can also use graphics to grab your reader attention.

It is all about location, location and location. Once the perfect attention grabbing description has been achieved, you have to identify the perfect spot on your page to position that descriptive link to your high paying page.

There is nothing wrong with visiting other websites to see how they are going about maximizing their site navigation.

Try to mix things around also. Put links on top and sometimes on the bottom too. This is how you go about testing which ones get more clicks and which ones are being ignored.

Let the testing begin. Testing and tracking until you find the site navigation style that works best for you site.

uh ha, care to tell us the secret of getting the traffic? or are you just a talking about SEO traffic (rather than low cost adsense and social networking sites)

 

I think that the simplest methods are :

Set goals:
Like this: 1 st month you made $1 per 100 visitors, next month you must make $1.2 per 100 visitors, if you succeed, set a more difficult goal.

Test ad placements, format and color schemes,
and find how you earning have increased/decreased depending on the changes you made.

Don't be addict, don't put too much efforts on it, do not check you stats every 15 minutes, build other websites, don't waste time and diversify your sources of earning.

 

i have read there is no simple way but you have to work hard for adsense.

 

well, i get good click rates because my ads are on the top, it doesn't matter witch side left right, this is going to be the firs t things they see and they most prob click them

also like previous post always blend you ads makes every thing else much better

Whatever your site, content, placement maybe, if there is no traffic then there is no click. That's what I said.

Moreover the source of traffic is also more important. The traffic from forums like DP will not have much potential on driving visitors to click adsense ads. (this stats is for me, may be this will work for you or our niche).
