    Shawn and others who took part in this, if you all did this; you all have my respect.
    Why should you all do branding for other people and do not get pay for it.

    I do understand that what ever you did use to place the code on the person pc can do harm in the hands of some one that wanted to cause harm to random pc, but all I see is you all getting pay for branding. But that just the way I think.

    If you had read about him in Wikipedia, I doubt he is so poor as to having to sell DP for his legal fees. His initial exploits as given in Wikipedia is quite daring and would sure cost far more than Ebay law suit.

    If you were selling something in a local shop and getting 10% commission on every sale and someone came walking into the shop pretending to be you and walks off with YOUR cash - what would you say when you found out?

    Would it be;

    B) Great idea dude, I really appreciate your thought and ingenuity that you put into this SCAM
    C) WTF are you doing you thieving SOB!
    D) other.....

    pretty sure it would be C.

    Not saying Shawn is guilty btw - thats not for us to decide.

    If what the owner of DP did was true, and it seems it is because eBay would not take legal action without having solid grounds, then members here who wrote thousands of threads generating a very nice AdSense income, may have 'concerns' if their AdSense sharing is really being shared here in this forum.

    1. Just because someone sues you does not mean they are right or the case has merit. To assume that just from the bringing of a lawsuit is absurd. That is what a trial is for.

    Somehow I doubt Shawn is involved with this and I would bet money on the fact that someone did this just to ruin his good name. Probably someone who was banned here on DP.
