Almost looks like someone ran an auto click program on one of your ads.

I already reported it on google last time... but google does not reply to my query about this...

How can I prevent this kind of attack?

As long as you reported it. Leave it as it is. Looks good isn't it?
You might need to hire a programmer to prevent multiple clicks
from the same ip on your google ads. I know it can be done, but
    I'm not a programmer.

You can't prevent others from clicking on your ads but if you have any adsense tracking programs, then you can trace the ip which boosts the number of clicks and report it to google for sabotage

Ok so you mean I will block the IP.. I have AWSTATS tracking.

How can I know if that IP is using the autoclick program?

Your competitor has click bombed you i guess... Check your stats and see which ip was there on your site for the longest..it wont be a problem in tracking mere 72 impressions...
Its good that you have reported to google...

I would CLEARLY explain the situation to AdSense and make sure they understand the scenario... try to take all measures to prevent this!

I heard about some scripts which will make the ads invisible after a certain number of clicks(from same Ip). Google for it and Good luck.

The clicks are many, but the earnings are low. I think the system detected the click bombing and ignored them. Any news about Google reply on the mail?
