Always check and use proper capitalisation, spelling and grammar. No one will hire you if you cannot clearly type and communicate.
The goal of SEO is to get people to a website and to get them to buy what that site is selling. So basically SEO is marketing a website. If you cannot figure out how to get people to your business and get them to buy your service you are not effective as an SEO. If a person stated they were going to open a car manufacturer and then asked how many wheels a car should have, I would also tell them maybe they shouldn’t go into the car industry!
First, in order to have an SEO business you'll need to know how to promote in these other areas. Once you learn the basics of promoting, only then will you be able to advertise for yourself to get jobs. If your really interested in learning how to promote anything, whether its your own business or someone elses you'll need to join a group of experienced web marketers to learn and refine your skills. No offense to you but please proofread your questions if you are wanting to do marketing because in marketing professionalism, branding, and just being on point with your message is everything. People must be able to understand your message for it to be effective. The language barrier seems to be the main thing so I don't know if I would try to market an english speaking niche. Marketing is a very general term and an SEO company is not going to get you much as SEO is a very saturated niche to start a company in and the industry itself is not going to make you any money unless you have a very good continual understanding of SEO.
If you don't know the first step to SEO yourself, then how would you provide an effective business for your clients? Just because other people make money off something doesn't mean that you entitled to as well. I would also shy away from a business that requires you to speak in English with others, as it will give a bad impression to your clients. Don't be offended, these are simply my honest opinions.
I suggest that you do some research internet marketing strategies. There are a lot of good sources. about how to optimize your sites for search engines. I agree also with the others that you practice your writing skills to promote yourself the best way you can.
This remind me of SEO companies relying on cold calling or spamming to find clients, and whose websites are nowhere to be seen even for local searches relative to their industries. As a client why would I outsource the optimization of my site to a company which is unable to optimize its own???

SEO is part of marketing.but IT IS NOT ALL MARKETING. try www.elance.com there are a few other sites like that online. post your qualifications. then start viewing job post and start bidding on them. get good feed backs you will do fine. Except this Suggestion i think all comments are Spam. They Just shoot comment only for increasing no of Post and Get point. Because They have no Idea of SEO. SEO means Search Engine Optimizing . A man who make a motor car. But this is not means that he gather a power for good marketing of Motor Car. In my question i ask that i have a knowledge of SEO . But i have no power of Good marketing. Also, you can develop a website and/or blog to promote your services. In this manner, you can learn SEO over the next year while you build the rankings of your site in relation to the type of work you plan to conduct in your business. Once you achieve good rankings for your site in the search engines, you can use it as an example of your SEO work. Personally, if someone forgets to capitalise or errs with grammar, it bothers me none. As long as i understand the gist of it, I'm happy enough. I would always hope that when I make mistakes, people will be gentle with me ;-)
Yep step one would probably be learn proper grammar. Next step would be open business that you have some knowledge about. That is like me opening up a car business like you said but never working on a car or driving one before. It just doesn't make sense.
