    hey guys I have a general website and article directory for sale it is predicting a page rank 5 with 96%over at iwebtool.com and receiving about 150 submissions a day, which should go up soon. I just submitted the site to some more directory lists. I have made a few dollars in adsense and $10.00 on featured links ($5.00 x 2 monthly) The domain is www.kerrioke.com and is registered at namecheap.com and expires 7/15/2009. The site is running on phpld3.x ($25.00 value) ( you can find the script features here ) Site maps have been submitted to google and yahoo and indexing has begun. there are 82 pages indexed in yahoo (see here) and 846 in google (see here) The site also has 7444 back links. I was going to wait for the PR to update before selling but have to pay some bills :( this site will be awesome when the PR updates the new owner could make some good $$$ selling links or reselling it. I'm including 2 months free hosting if needed. Let me know if you have any questions

    You seem to have overlooked this question made by T_Media; you need to confirm, if you are actually willing to transfer the phpld license to the winning bidder.

    Link to details of LICENSE TRANSFER (you may need access to the supporters forum to open this link, I'm not sure)
    In any case, all the winning bidder would need is your user name for your phpld account to ask David, phpld administrator, to make the switch.

    I think bidders deserve to know if 1.) the license is valid, and 2.) if the license is part of the sale.
