Every big thing in the dawn of its life is like a small puppy. Then it grows and gets big if people nurture it and show interest in it. GoDaddy says that the launch of the .me domain is the biggest in their history.

This certainly shows that people are interested in buying domains but the domain itself doesn't have the weight like a .com for example. I believe that the .me bubble will come to its peak and burst eventually like the .com one.

It would be good if you get your piece of the action before that happens...

    my 2 cents

Now-a-days not significant people remember domains by name unless its too famous like yahoo, google etc. The domains that appear on top search results have value rather than their name only.

If it's good letters or has a pattern you should go for it.

LLL.me will be worth more in the future.

the reg fees is bit high as well, and Montenegro (the country it belongs to) have not much end users... only possibility is the brandability due to .ME so hardly a company will buy a random LLL.me domain at a higher price

so i dont think LLL.me will have a reseller market (like .com, .in,,, based on premium letters++)
so unless its a good one i dont think the potential of investing in just a random 3 letters

but domains which match ME will fetch good prices.. like insure.me, love.me,,
