WebProNews.com - How Do You Sign Up to Submit Articles?

    I've been looking around the site for a few days and I don't know if it's me who's too blind to see it or what exactly is missing, but I'm not able to find the way to create a new account on WebProNews.com - somebody help me out. Or are they closed for new sign ups?
