Alright, I think I will stop using Adwords... It is completely ridiculous.

I tried to promote my site on it, onemonthaffiliate.com

So I pick one single keyword phrase; One Month Affiliate. And Google asks me for 12$ a click... So I contact them and they say it's because it's not relevant enough... WTF...lol

    Google FAILZ

I did. And this is exactly my problem. Have you even looked at my site?

There is no way to get more quality than it already is. Everything is around the keyword phrase I am using.
The content is talking about it, URL, Meta Tags - everything includes the keyword phrase...

It's like if they told EBAY that Bidding for the term "ebay" is 12$ because ebay.com is not relevant enough...

    Ok, issue solved!

Thanks DP for not being helpful *tu*

Seems like Adwords does not like LONG sales pages. I replaced it by a VERY short landing page, the WHOLE content is ABOVE the fold... and now I get $0.05/click instead of $12 :D

I just tested your exact keywords and Google gave me a quote of $0.86 per click.

I've experienced something similar trying to promote one of my sites.
One day the very same keywords were 0.05 and two days later $3.50. That was also a day, I stopped using AdWords.

I agree Adwords can be frustrating.... it would be nice if they could be a little more specific in terms of QS and what exactly you can do to improve it. Yes we all know the general things to do and they work but for novices it's not easy to figure out and can turn people away.

Adwords does take time to set up properly to make it work for you. I can definitely see how people get turned off by it.

Interesting to read that, and just shows the huge cost difference through making a change to something that they prefer to see.

Alexs, its perhaps not because of the length of your landing page. What google asks is that whatever you say in your ad should be made clear to your customers as soon as they see the landing page. For example, if you are providing something for free(as in your ad), you should tell your customers about that free product above the fold. Google doesn't want you to cheat your customers thats all.
