submitting to article directories

I would like to submit an article but have never submitted before. Could someone point me in the right direction with the most popular article directories?

 

There are only a handful that are really even worth it in my personal opinion.

Start with ezinearticles.com. Go there, sign up your account, and submit it.

Wait a few days to have your article accepted then you can post to a few others. Just do a quick search to find a list or some of the most recommended. More than likely though yo uwon't receive any traffic from them. You are really just doing it to receive some backlinks.

 

I recently started testing Article Marketer and like it a lot.

 

Do end users really go to these directories? How does that translate into incoming traffic?

 

I have been doing article marketing for a little over a month now and have had great success. I posted for 2 hours 3 times a day. But i used an article submitter. I have a long list of article sites that your more than welcome to. Just don't know if i am allowed to post them in here, so if interested let me know where you want them sent to and will gladly send them.

I have been using a free article submitter simply called article submitter. I don't have the web address however.
