Sedo Question

    hi,

    what happen to me if I won an auction at sedo but I refused to pay for the domain ?:p

    Do I get bann ?

    I think so, yes, they close your account.
    (Read this somewhere, not sure how accurate it is ...don't know if they close it the very first time or not.)

    It is pretty unfair to the seller, yes...plus it gives auction venues such as SEDO a bad reputation.

    lol ... how about I`ve payed for two domains there and after the payment cleared the seller never give my domain ? :) .... sure sedo refund my money but I was so angry ...

    Sedo are in their rights to close your account immediatly and without notice. The buyer is also in his rights to take legal action against you in case of non-payment. When you send a domain to auction, you sign the electronic contract that states that you accept the sale at the minimum reserve price you have said. Secondly, domainers strongly dislike the domain-clowns that back out of deals.
