    My site last month have PR 4, now it have PR 3,and each page PR have turned into 0.

    please provide your best suggestion to make the PR reliable.

    Focus on on-page SEO, keep content clean and relevant to your site, don't get bad links from other websites and try and update it with constant news.

    No one will ever know how to make PR more reliable, but these are just a few tips.

    Google some more if you wish

    Don't stop optimizing your site any ways PR is just a importance of your site to Google why don't you try to focus on your SERP.

    If you were caught for selling links or posts, then you need to remove them (or add nofollow) and then use google webmaster tools reconsideration request - be honest, and tell them it won't happen again. I don't think this type of penalty hurts your rankings, and I personally wouldn't worry about the PR. If you can't sell links, then your PR shouldn't matter.

    It also could be that the links that were linking to you had a decrease in their PR as well. The only way to increase your PR is by just getting more links.

    don't overdo on page seo , as google algo is smart enough to track the marketing!!

    also too much of links exchange can be a negative thing, just try to provide everyday updatable content as it will attract more visitors and the search engines will also feel that you provide something different from other sites!~!

    build page links to your site by posting on do follow blogs and forums. Also work on ensuring that you have new content added each day and that it is original not spam content that is dragged off article sites.

    In order to have a stable PR, build relevant backlinks. And in order to avoid any PR penalties, do not sell backlinks on your site.
