I have a template designed and coded. I need help sending out a test Broadcast, but making sure it doesn't go to my entire list. I only see how to do this with the regular Broadcast.
You can set up multiple lists or split broadcasts. And there is an option just to send it to yourself for a test. (click on test under the broadcast once the template is saved) The test format allows you to send it to any email address so theoretically you could do a few of them besides yourself. How many are we talking about anyway? And if it's just short term you want to do this you can always download Pimex mail (free) and use it on your own computer. As long as you don't exceed 500 or so an hour most isp's don't catch it.
I talked to Aweber support. The problem is, I want to see how my template and tables will looks using the Blog Broadcast and their tags with multiple blog posts. Support said that they only do blog broadcasts every 12hrs, so basically that means in order to test the Blog Broadcast with the template and tags I can only test once every 12 hours. They put in a recommendation to fix this problem. So stupid.
