    His total post is only 0. I received few more advertisement with pm earlier.
    this is really bad. I saw in another forum, people with less than 15 post, they cant pm to another. why not make this kind rules? that will minimum slow down this bad advertiser. :D A simple suggestion.

    Do NOT make "simple suggestions" without searching first. Been suggested and rejected MANY times.
