My hotmail account is hacked - any solution?

    Hello..

    my friend's msn/hotmail account is hacked.. someone "friend" of her, has hacked her password, and then he hacked and hi5 account..

    The main problem is with the msn account..

    are there any way to have her account back, from microsoft?

    or I have to try to hack the hacked account, and if I am lucky ...

    There is no way you could get it back..
    My MSN was hacked..
    I lost Egold,Paypal,8 domains,Hosting and some other stuff..

    Now.. I scan my PC every 3 days and change my password every 15 days..
    I also have a different password for a different site.. - Keeps me safer ! :)

    I promise if it is your friend account then msn will certainly help and get the account back.
    It has happened to my friends, they ask you few questions tho.

    Your name
    age
    address
    and few other things

    but a good way to get it back is
    tell them to see your IP history where the account accessed the most and if you can tell them that IP and
    also tell them what folders you have, and how many and kind of emails you have.

    MSN will get your account back within 24 hours guaranteed. Yahoo sucks but msn support regarding hack issues is really good.
