    have u ever see a drop domain?

    this is a drop domain. 5 weeks old. with 3 backlinks. 1 of them pr5.

    and this domain is valid pr5.

    because of these it is cheap starting from $50 not $300

    Yeah, Google using backlinks from the last they cache the site, so it's possible to keep the last Valid Pagerank. However, this is not for long PR. It must build more strong backlinks for the site to keep PR in the next Google PR update, or PR will gone. Good luck for the sale... :)

    Well we all know it is possible, bu how long the few back links will last is something not many can guarantee so BIN price is too high in my opinion.

    That's not entirely true either. Although a domains with no google backlinks is definitly at risk to lose it's PR value, it almost never happens on the 'next update'. It usually takes at least a few PR updates, and each PR update us usually a few months apart. I've seen domains with no google backlinks retain their PR value for years.

    There are just no absolutes when dealing with Google and PR.
