    One of my posts got 100 comments. Should I lock the comment on this post to avoid more content that would slower the page?

    Any suggestion please..

    yea its better to stop comments on that...other wise if there is any plugin that can paginate those..it can be used..I would love to hear about any such plugin from experienced webmasters here

    I wanted to edit and sort these comments but it seems there is no way to do it fast and easy way to do it..

    I think you should not stop it.
    If you are getting spam comments you should do it.

    you're lucky guy. 100 comments are my desire now :D They are fresh content which are delicious for crawlers, and readers must trust you to leave their comment. Of course, this situation has two sides pros and cons. However, if i were u, I love comments.

    I think I just leave it open but monitor tightly... what do you think? more than 5 of my articles got comments more than 50..

    Seems you don't know what you are talking...:( Why should I do this when I have enough disk space and bandwdith? And why should I create another blog for nothing.... analyze before you post nonsense... :(
