Very adsence / advert friendly.. Most traffic is coming from links (ive spent a great deal of time creating links in forums, high page rank forums, youtube, metacafe videos, digg traffic, strumble apon traffic, furl traffic, joomla sites, 3 way link exchanges with one of my other sites ...

Reason for sale: someone has made me a offer i cant refuse (8 established niches sites) and i will not have time to continue working on this project.

My hosting company will not allow for me to transfer my hosting account into someone else's name, The Domain is through Godaddy.com i can transfer that ASAP ( i have transfered domain names from godaddy before )
