OK, making the sites is the easy part. Marketing is the challenge. Start by submitting a site map to Google, this ensures you get in the "Google queue" for indexing.

Next, start working on geting other sites to link to you, either from directories or from sites in the same field as you. This takes lots of research and many emails.

Next, keep your content dynamic, that is make sure you change and/or improve the site with new content and new pages. Search engines love new content.

Make sure you've followed SEO best practice and you should enjoy good SERPS and good revenue, but remember that Google ranking can take up to 12 months to achieve.

Use SEO Elite, Its one of the very best available in market.
You can do it manually also from that software, learn more about that, its better to use that and also go signup to free link directory and find the link most suited to your niche and just talk to them.

    Good Luck!

I have found that getting into the Google Serps quickly is quite easy with experience providing you follow these two rules.

    1. Get a link from a high PR page
    2. Ensure the competition is not too tough on the keywords when you search on them

You'll get a better response on your link requests if you personalize each one. Those machine generated emails get filtered into my junk folder.

The only requests that I reply to are where the site will place my link integrated into a content page - not on a "links" page.

What qualifies as being "not too tough"? I.E. how many search returns?

Here is what almost everyone does when they add AdSense for the first time ever:

    1. Add AdSense
    2. Click your own ads.
    3. Wonder why you get $0.00 for the clicks you made.
    4. Find this forum and complain.
    5. Remove ads hopefully before Google bans you

    ;)

    Welcome to the club!

Does the sitemap have to be coded with newer coding language ie. div's and such or can you just build an html page with tables and tr's and td's and font and such...

does it make a difference? does google want to see the div?

    Thanks

First, make a public sitemap for your site which is like an index for viewers.

But Google wants to see an xml sitemap. Go to Google sitemaps http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps which has a sitemap generator.

However, if you find that difficult to use, try http://www.xml-sitemaps.com which makes a very basic sitemap that Google accepts. This map stays in your public folder for Google to see but is not visible on the site.
