    I reviewed some good ones here. I personally like the Visionary theme by Justin Tadlock. He's a brilliant designer.

    I've tried Structure and let me tell you: it's a power template and quite easy to costumize. You should give it a try if you're cool with CSS and Graphics.

    Options theme is the best I have seen. It is very easy to customize. I can't remember the site i seen it on but you can just google it.
