I'm looking for a wordpress plugin that has this ability, either free or paid. Does anyone know of such a plugin?
I mean from the backend.. after users login, can they send messages to the admin through that interface?
Thanks guys, reps added. I found two scripts that are exactly what I'm looking for - the Ask Me Plugin and the FAQtastic plugin, in case anyone needs something similar in the future

hi guys, i just got private notes 1.21 today and installed it into my blog but i get an error when trying to send a note. It gives me a 404 page not found error, can anyone help me solve this?
Here they are: FAQtastic: http://knowledgeconstructs.com/wordpress-plugins/faq-tastic/ Ask Me: http://www.ilovecode.com/2007/01/01...eased-in-need-of-nitpicking-b-i-mean-testers/
I found one downside to these plugins - you aren't able to search the FAQs using wordpress search But other than that, they're great!
So do these send messages, as in Private Messages on a forum? So when you log into your ACP, they appear on your dashboard (or other area).
Nope, but they're really cool because people get to submit questions, and you get an e-mail notifying you about it. Both the questions and the answer you write get published on the site. If the person who asked the question checked the box before submitting the question, they'll be sent an e-mail with the answer. Glad to be of help
