But how does it works? I have heard a lot about sites that share adsense with you and even my ads are published on DP but never got anything from it. Can you tell me how exactly this works?

Your ads will be displayed on the thread started by you.
Not all the time, but, only 50% of the impressions are of your ads. :)

And will earnings will be shown in my adsense accounts or I will have different account for different sites? Like my ads are published on DP but I can not see any earnings from DP in my adsense accounts?

    Mate!!!

Create a new channel in your AdSense account only for DP. Now, copy that channel ID and paste it in the options of DP's User CP.

Now, you will see the number of times your ads were displayed and the number of clicks you have got.

Never expect more than 1-3 clicks per day. But, the eCPM rate will go above $0.30.

    Hope this helps :)

Thank you so much for helping me in all this, but can you also help me how can I create a new channel in my adsense account? And do I have to creat for every site with whom I do business on sharing basis?

Click 'AdSense Setup'(the second tab in adsense account).
    Then, click 'Channels'.

Then, Click 'Ad New Custom Channel' and follow the procedure.

The Channel ID is the number you see beside channel name on 'Channels Page'.

Doing business with your own site is more profitable than doing business with revenue sharing sites... don't waste your time..

I think it depends on the site. I have an Adsense API site & give 99% of Adsense revenue to my writers. (My revenue comes from Kontera & Tribalfusion & my own articles.)

The writers on my site have the advantage of posting articles on a PR6 site with significant traffic, which gets picked up by Google News & which does well in search, and which has an established base of regular readers. Right out the door new writers have traffic -- and sometimes, it's significant traffic. Some articles get a few hundred views, but lots of others get thousands or even tens of thousands of views. Had one go to the front page of Google News last week. (And the server stayed up. I was happy.)

Plus, the writers on my site don't have to deal with technical headaches, aren't paying for hosting, etc.

So -- it really does depend on the site if it's worthwhile or not. :)

    -- Leva
