Your Statment just confirm he is selling VERY GOOD TRAFFIC.
You didn't buy targeted traffic.
It is very possible the 100% of unique visitors that you receive will not like your site and leave.
Even with natural traffic more than 50% of visitors leave your site in 0 to 30 seconds.
The seller has done nothing wrong here. You bought untargeted traffic and you receive untargeted traffic Now don't come and cry here for nothing.

bought 1000 usa traffic on the 3rd August only had 278 so far thats
less than 80 per week not happy traffic too slow at this rate it will take four months to just deliver 1000

We are an honest reseller of various different traffic publishers. We currently resell traffic (Full Screen Pop-Unders [not popups] ) from very reputable sources. This is not bot or fake traffic. Very simply clients sign up with our publishing partners under different categories and geo areas and as with adsense or any publishing network we resell those popups to people who want to buy it. Its not much more complicated than that.

As mentioned earlier you can tell if traffic is real or not by trace routing the IP addresses of the visitors. Fake traffic will have very high percentages of anonymous proxy addresses or dead-end/not-in-use IP addresses. If the traffic is being generated through an auto-surf exchange or if the traffic is being auto-refreshed, you will be able to tell by the length of the visits. If you see that all of the visitors are staying for exactly the same duration of time, then odds are is that auto-surfing or auto-refreshing is to blame. Auto-surfing and auto-refreshing is not exactly 'fake' traffic, but auto-refreshing traffic is unethically generated traffic (traffic generated by the pop-under being auto-refreshed to show a new ad every X amount of seconds). Auto-surfing traffic can easily be categorized in the junk traffic bin. People that join auto-surfing programs are forced to view a new website every X amount of seconds in order to build credits in the traffic exchange. These people are more than likely not interested in your site, but interested in earning a credit from the exchange. In fact, most of these programs are totally automated, meaning that the program will surf websites automatically while the member is not even in front of the computer.

I'm sure that my judgment has been wrong. You seem to know a lot about traffic and being able to catch fake traffic, the traffic you offer is not as bad as I said, and I 'm surprised and happy that you are willing to defend and backup this service and not run like others.

Traffic is all human not bots guaranteed..... Traffic delivery is based on the campaign size and spread over 30 days. We cannot deliver 1000 visitors in one day if you order only 1000 visitors. If you order 300k visitors as an example you will get 10k visitors per day.

Also, conversion rates are averages. We do not control user interaction. We send users to your site thats all we can guarantee, as you have confirmed you received. As mentioned in other posts we recommend that before buying you optimize your site to make it load quickly or design a page that not only loads quickly, but makes use of things such as special offers, good color schemes, etc. Anything that may appeal to your target audience.

As an example Apple or Coke can not depend on a TV station who brings them eyeballs to their ads for more sales. They depend on the making the most of that impression once it is served. In this scenario we are the TV station. We will deliver human eyeballs to your site, the rest is out of our control.
