Study Dentistry In VMU Salem India - Need Opinion

Hi guys, my girl friend will go to VMU india this coming intake. What do you think the place in salem? izzit danger? any crime that are serious there? Izzit very hot?

I from Malaysia. So can you give me a pictures in Salem there? The VMU university is that ok for us to live for 2 years?

 

As far as i know, Salem is a place in Tamil Nadu, and not a bad place to stay and study.
I live in a state of Andhra Pradesh, just above Tamil Nadu and yeah.. i too am doing dentistry here

its a bit hot

dont expect malaysian quality roads,traffic and that quality of university

Im not sure about crime rate though

I mean india its not the best place to live for sure .with growing terrorism

 

I am from the state of Tamil Nadu .I am at Madurai about 300m odd kms from Salem

In TN, there is no terrorism as of now and there is no danger if your girlfriend
does not go at odd times( above 11 am)

As far as crime rate is concerned ,it's very low(In whole of Tamil Nadu except chennai to a certain extent)

You no need to worry about crime rate as VMU is a private institution so we can expect good safety and security for girls...

Airport?
There is no Airport at Salem ,For nearest Airport you should reach Coimbatore or Chennai

Salem is a very nice place to live,though it would be a bit hot during two months(April and May) in other months it's okay.

well, im studying dentistry in the state of karnataka. its for 5 years bro.. i think you mentioned only two years for the course.. Tamilnadu is an ok place but the weather is very hot!!

Its Summer here in Tamil Nadu.....The avg temperature is in early 30s
