yes they do.. But make sure u dont fall for the scams. sites that promise a lot of money per click are the scam sites. For example I fell into a scam. This website (i really dont remember the name) promised to give 100 dollars per click =| and yes 100 dollars per click does sound absurd as well.. :S
neobux, bux.to, are some of the websites that do actually pay. You could also try donkeymails.com . they send u the link in an email and there's no minimum payout for e-gold. for paypal is 1$

In my experience they do pay, but alot of the time you have to wait a while for your payment

According to my past experience, 5 out of 10 PTC sites are scams are totally scams at all; 4 of them will pay you once and after it just keep you hanging around with the earning and the other one is the legit and constantly paying PTC site...

99% of PTC sites are SCAM

 

Nah.. Ive noticed that many of them pay.. even though they are labeled as scam by many users.. Users should read their FAQ before joining.. Some PTC sites might say they will pay in 60 days and the user starts posting everywhere if they aren't paid within 10 days..

So.. Reading the TOS is important !

I never believe in all these kind of PTC stuff. I'm not sure whether there are people who actually got paid, but it's really not worth to commit the time to earn just a few cents a day. Unless one has a strong referral base, that could be a different story.
