looking to hire someone for up to $500 a month - long term venture

Hi

I am looking for someone who can do the following :

- design and create websites from scratch and templates

- design and create banners / graphics / logos etc for the websites

- has a basic knowledge of seo and can implement it on the websites

- source or have access to suitable images / graphics for use on the websites

- create content / rewrite or reword so they pass copyscape on the site

- someone who I can talk to via MSN whenever I need to talk to them

- someone who is fluent in UK english and understands my needs

I am offering upto $500 a month on an on-going basis. This will be working full time and on projects I require.
