    Yes there are chances for your website to get penalised if your website is directly redirecting to another website. Its better you add some content and update them regularly.

    Ouch, they will catch you on redirect. It's against their policy. Read the policy/rules it shoud state this.

    When you redirect a site-1 to site-2, the site-1 goes away.
    When you redirect a site-3 to site-2, the site-3 goes away.

    In short, you removed site-1 and site-3 from the internet.

    Remove the redirects ASAP and come back and ask us for help.

    Just get all 3 sites working again.
