    I'm having the same problem. I panicked for a minute because I thought my account had been hacked!

    I knew something had to be wrong because I put my password in like 10 times and didn't get locked out.

    I logged on earlier today and the page was displaying incorrectly and showing some javascript errors. I hope they get that fixed soon.

    No problem for me.
    I easily log in to my paypal account.
    If you have problem then go to forget password option and make sure or check caps lock button on your keyboard.

    YEs Yes... I am also facing problem in log in. I cannot login. When I try forget password feature....on next page it shows Page not found.

    But may be for this Reason showing Error:-
    We will be performing maintenance on the PayPal site from 11:30 IST to 13:30 IST. The site will be unavailable during that time. Thank you for your patience.

    Its on Schedule maintenance.

    Last night i faced a few problem logging in to Paypal, I just thought it was my Internet connection problem but i think i also Got the Paypal Downtime.

    paypal was going through there schedule maintenance.... but it was up again after 20 minutes and i was again able to login after 20 minutes....
