Question about infraction - again

    Hi,
    Is infraction can be given by mistake or in retort from user that didn't get what he wanted?
    Do we have any protection from such kind of actions on DP?
    Who gives infractions? Any user can give or only mods?

    What does it mean from your experience?
    "Quit spamming members; inboxes"

    As I understand it should be mass sending pm's that I never did
    Or it can be just question about my site to specific user sending via pm?

    I think they will give you another infraction if you open a thread here asking about infraction. They say you need to PM mods to ask.
