directory submission question

    If you are talking about the website in your SIG link, you may not get approval from a lot of directories because it's a blogspot blog :)

    You should be able to find following categories. Reference -> Music -> Lyrics, Entertainment -> Music .. some directories might also allow lyrics site submission in Arts -> Music :)

    Depends upon the directory. Culture? Arts? Teens? Depends upon who you want to attract to your site

    Open the Google directory.
    Type in your keywords.
    Find similar sites to yours.
    See in which category they have been approved.
    Follow their example, and submit in the same.

    Most directories have a search option. I just prefer to use the Google directory, because it has the most subcategories and you will instantly get an clear picture of the most suitable category.

    Whenever you've question regarding category, search dmoz with your desired term and dmoz will show you various categories where similar sites are listed. It is the best way to find correct category since dmoz is a no. 1 web directory.
