Sick of writing articles!!!! Any other ideas?

    Hi all,

I'm sick of writing articles for the directories. I mean, the traffic is great and I'm making money but I'm approaching burnout stage....

Any other ideas for traffic building that actually converts? Please don't say social bookmarking. That kind of traffic is just a bunch of freeloaders...

Also I tried PPC but I can never get the traffic to convert and end up wasting money...

    thanks

    why quit a good thing?

or yuo could try making youtube videos. If you have the ability to get people to read your articles then why not watch your movie?

there really aren't many other ways right now that are as effective. I think if you are so bored with it you should just outsource the article writing and concentrate on other ways you could promote your website.

There are countless ways to promote your site. If what your doing works, keep doing it: outsource it if you have to. The problem is that you have the choice of time or money going into the promotion. Ads don't take much time and they do work! I've always though a good diversity helps.

Have you tried to reply to blogs? The blogging people are very proactive. I've seen blog posts made by perfect strangers to promote my sites as the content of them was appealing to them. And I'm pretty sure that they knew about them through my posts on other blogs.
And as you're good at writing, you can even spend some time doing real replies to posts and not just copy/pasting the same reply over and over (even if it works too).

If he is working more hours and getting less money than a minimum-paid worker, yes, it does make perfect sense to quit one particular method.

rolf, you say the ads aren't converting for you? Perhaps you need to make your site and or product(s) better?

If you want to quite your day job and do your site full time, the only real way is to advertise.

It's not seo, it's not stupid signatures, it's not social networking, it's not article marketing....

Do some studying into it, and get good at it!

Just keep building your content. All the hard work will really be paid off in the end.

If you have your own product, do JV with same niche.
JV can be very effective marketing strategy.

Be creative. Do articles one day, forums and comments the other day, videos one day, podcasts the other day. You get the picture. It will prevent burnout.

You can try to find feed and display them as article. There are many free feeds on the web.
Using little coding, you can make that feed looks like your own article

Outsource the article creation if you are sick of writing them. That's what I do.

In the mean time get your SEO up. If you hate paying for traffic with PPC, do some SEO and in a years time you'll have thousands of google hits for free.

If you're approaching burn out stage, take a rest. Article marketing is a one time effort, so you can afford to take a break once the work is done if you're making money.

I'd love to work with you if you like. :D
