Question about backlinks

I have been doing the old recipricol link exchanges since 2003 and its getting difficult to gain more quality links. I am considering to use services that will give me backlinks from blogs, forums, etc in the FS section. Im wondering has anyone got banned or lost PR from doing this? These will all be one way to my sites.

 

Selling / Buying links blatantly will land you in trouble and ultimately you will loose your PR. Try to get links having high PR from related niches which is more valued by google. Two way link exchange is less worthy than one way or if possible go for three way link exchanges...

 

You can build backlinks through article marketing, it's inexpensive but effective.

 

Also consider social bookmarking, helpful both in traffic and backlinks.

 

Getting quality backlinks is actually a very tough task, you have to find good websites related to your niche.

i prefer to add my social bookmarks and article submission to increase my IBL. try to do those who are suggested above. I'm sure it will help you. try also other things.

 

as long as you are not generating links from banned sites you should be ok

 

one way link building is good than link exchange so you can try article syndication,directory submissions, blogging to get links from relevent sites.

if you buy or sell links and google is able to establish this it WILL hurt your PR.
