Is it me or are infractions being handed out by MODs as if they are sweets or something.

I have recently been looking to get my websites coded and also a software program created, I created a thread in the B/S/T section, under services and programming only to find that when I log on a few hours later I have received an infraction because the thread was started in the wrong category?!

Now correct me if I am wrong, but if I want something coded/programmed, shouldn't I put it in the programming section of B/S/T?

Some MODs just seem to hand out infractions when they get bored, and also don't seem to know that much about websites etc compared to most users here!

I think it should be in the ENTERTAINMENT section, which is where someone moves most of my threads.

Well, I don't think entertainment section is the right place for his coding thread.
I think if that coding problem happens to me then I will do the same with him, putting it on BST section.
Anybody can tell what's wrong with it?

Exactly I put it in the B/S/T section and got a infraction for it?

Maybe the MOD that gave it to me would be so kind to tell everyone why? Or are all MODs so cowardly they don't want to reply?

Isn't that why DP's traffic is going down? They're banning way too many people.

Looks like DP is p*ssing people off!

Funny how they give us all infractions, the true members here who are not scammers, yet I have known scammers who have survived for ages on here!

EDIT: I have also just got an infraction for 'running up post count' for posting on a designers thread and asking for his msn address so we can talk more, and I am going to use that designer?!

Where is the justice? Any MODs want to contribute or not? Maybe they will start banning themselves

I always get stupid infractions, especially the ones that say : running up post count. Where all I am doing is either asking for more information on a sale or want to tell the mod and the other members something about the sale.

Ouchhh.. Flaming going on... BTW I assume the posting section was right for your requirement, still I would suggest you to shoot a PM to any MOD. They can help you better with reasons of that infraction :)

Yeah, everyone seems to get them around here, unfortunately I feel that newbies will almost be unable to join the forum anymore considering if they ask a question they will get an infraction.

Funny how MODs are around but not posting in this thread?!

I bet being a mod here is worst than baby sitting a bus load of 3 year olds on a cross country trip. If you get an infraction move on and do not worry about it. Some are justified and others are not. Just have fun.

That is post count. Ask for PM me, what's the url, etc etc and you're in the "infraction zone" :)

I simply can't understand why are you bothered with that. If you have done something wrong, learn from it. If you didn't, just move on, back to work :) There's a ton of money to be made today, let's get it.
