    You can use MS Frontpage to build your site.

    Dreamweaver is extremely good , but I don't know much about it , so I use xsite pro to make my sites It has extremely cool easy to use features which make it quite easy for the beginners to use it.

    You can try blogger. I start adsense using blogger. It is suitable for newbie.

    You can try Google for a starter. Search for what you need, gather some info, test some stuff.

    And no need to ask
    because if you're in a hurry, you are the one that needs to move your ass, not we :)

    Yeah, just move yourself to start, search what you need , start with blogger is not a bad idea if you know nothing about building a site.

    Asking in an AdSense forum how to create a website is putting the cart before of the horse. There is no "make money fast" with AdSense. If you want to earn from this program, you have to be knowledgeable in the field and that knowledge does not come over night.

    Also I recommend against following any of the tips given so far in this thread. Frontpage and Dreamweaver are awful tools for creating a homepage. They are not meant for publishing (which is what you do, when using adSense) but for designing. A real designer however does not need these crutches.
    Blogging is a waste of time if done with the intent to earn money from AdSense. There is an inflation of those blogs on the web by now, one worse then the other. It is possible to make money through blogs but for this proper spelling and grammar is a must as well as a topic you are extremely knowledgeable and willing to regularly write about.
