The value is what it is worth to them, considering it is only just under 4 months old and has no PageRank. Ask them what they are willing to offer and decide for yourself if that seems fair. If not then negotiate. Good luck.
This is how this type of scam works: If you show potential interest in selling, they will offer you some pretty irresistible amount, subject to appraisal by some company they trust. You will be tempted by the sum offered and have the domain name appraised. The appraisal cost varies. What actually happens is that they will send you to an "appraisal company" they own, they will cash on you paying them for appraisal and then they will tell you that the appraised value is not what they were looking for and will back out of the proposal. You lose the money you'd paid for the appraisal, they have that money now.
